書院組織架構 Organizational Structure of RC

書院宿生來自不同專業背景,營造了充滿啟發性的環境,讓大家得互相學習,增廣見聞,並且學習如何與不同專業的人共存、合作。書院教育環境使大部分學生有機會參與在活動籌備和策劃的過程中,學生不但是活動的參加者,也是積極的活動組織及推動者,書院教育通過投入書院活動從策劃到反饋的不同階段或體驗培養學生各項的勝任力。所以澳大書院除了駐書院學術人員、和行政人員外,還有來自學院的非駐院學術人員。另外,學生的投入也非常重要,每個書院均有學生擔任的書院助教、書院學生助理、院生會領袖、樓層領袖,以及院生會工作小組組員等學生領袖。書院由院長的領導下,副院長協助管理,形成學術人員、行政人員和學生領袖一起共同引導學生積極參與活動學習,投入在活動的籌備和策劃的過程中,從而提升各種勝任力。

In addition to resident academic and administrative staff, the UM College also has non-resident academic staff from various faculties. In addition, student involvement is also crucial, with each college having student leaders serving as RTs, RAs, HA leaders, floor leaders, and HA working group members. Under the leadership of the College Master and the assistance of the Associate Master, RC forms a team of academic staff, administrative staff, and student leaders to guide students to actively participate in activity-based learning and to be involved in the planning process, thereby enhancing their various competencies.
