三大系統協同育人
澳門大學以住宿式書院系統（簡稱“書院系統”）為整合平台，體現書院、學院及研究院，以及學生和體育事務部門協同實踐澳大獨有的“四位一體”全人教育模式，通過活動學習、共膳教育、學術支持、書院課程、關顧服務五大教育舉措，書院系統以培養學生七項勝任力為教育目標。書院管理組織架構體體現書院與學院及研究院之間在全人教育的合作和夥伴關係，協同育人。
Collaborative Efforts of Three Internal Systems in Education
The University of Macau adopts a residential college system (referred to as the “college system”) as an integrated platform that embodies the collaboration and partnership between colleges, faculties and research institutes, as well as offices of student and sports affairs to implement the unique “four-in-one” whole-person education model of the University of Macau. Through five educational measures, namely activity learning, communal meal particiation education, academic support, residential college courses, and pastoral care, the college system aims to enhance students’ competencies in seven areas. The organizational structure of the college management reflects the collaborative and partnership relationship between colleges, faculties and research institutes, and offices of student and sports affairs in whole-person education.
