書院食堂餐廳服務特色:
- 為澳門大學食堂打造一個多元化的食堂,使學生及教職員享受不一樣的用餐體驗,食堂將以不同的模式為學生及教職員提供早午晚餐, 如自選飯及小食攤檔等形式;
- 書院飯堂除有傳統的自選飯餐(三餸飯)外, 在不同的飯堂添加不同風味的特色飯餐、 特色粉麵及各類小食, 每個飯堂均有自助汽水機,其他飲品櫃及沙律吧(沙律,涼菜,彩茄杯)。
- 廚餘經由澳門環境保護局每天到書院回收。
Features of the residential college dining hall service:
- Creating a diversified dining environment for residential colleges to provide students and staff with a unique dining experience. The dining halls will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner in different modes of services such as self-serve meals and snack stalls;
- In addition to traditional self-serve meals, the college dining halls will feature various special dishes, noodles and a variety of snacks. Each dining hall has a self-service soft drink machine, beverage counters and a salad bar (salads, cold dishes, cherry tomato cups).
