書院教職員接受精神健康急救課程培訓

大學定期組織精神健康急救（MHFA）課程，旨在增強住宿式書院教職員和學生領袖（包括書院助教、學生助理、院生會領袖）的心理健康意識。參與者學習如何為學生提供支持，並在必要時進行專業服務轉介。完成課程的參與者將獲得由香港心理健康協會頒發的證書。

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Standard Courses are organized regularly to enhance the mental health awareness among staff and student leaders in RC (e.g. Resident Tutors and Assistants) . Participants learn how to provide psychological support to UM students in emotional distress, and make referral to professional services when necessary. Participants who completed the course would have received a certificate issued by the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong.
